Baahubali producer Shobu Yarlagadda stated "I met #Srimanthudu producers some time back n explained our situation. I requested them to consider moving their release date if possible. We thank #Srimanthudu Producers, Director and Mahesh Babu for understanding and maintaining a healthy relationship in the industry".
So, this clears all the gossips and indeed a healthy development between stars and production houses.

Both the films are big in terms of star value and budget. Mahesh Srimantudu is a family drama and Prabhas Baahubali is a periodic drama. So, budgets are high in respective genres.
